Why are old rates showing after I updated my Accommodation Service?
Answer:
When you update the Accommodation Service in the Mews PMS Integration Settings it will take some time for the rates to update and show in Event Temple.
You can manually Sync the Rates and Room Types to help push the update
Once the Rates have updated, any rates in Mews will still show in the Dropdown in Event Temple when adding a Rate for a Group.
A great way to easily add Rates is to map Market Segments. Within your PMS Integration Settings you can map Market Segments to a Rate.
When creating a Group, the rate will be automatically set based on the Account’s market segment.
