To refresh the enterprise information and map new Taxes:

Adding context about the synchronization between Event Temple and Mews, it is pivotal when changes occur in tax codes to ensure proper mapping for integrated system functions. Failure to do so can lead to revenue posting failures and other operational interruptions.

  1. Click PMS in the Integration Settings

  2. Next to Linked Enterprise, click the Refresh button

Log in to your Event Temple account. Navigate to the PMS integration settings under Settings. Locate and refresh the Linked Enterprise setting. Verify whether synchronization is re-established.

If the Linked Enterprise is refreshed, and the tax environment has changed, we remove all mappings.

You will need to re-map the taxes in the Settings to successfully post charges.

In Mews, review the recently updated tax codes. Use the integration settings within Event Temple to remap these codes accurately. Ensure that the changes are saved and test the integration for proper functionality.
