Answer:
You can control the Mews Group Sync feature from the PMS Settings in Event Temple. Turning this off will remove the ability to sync Groups with Mews as Availability Blocks.
Go to Settings
Click Integrations in the left-hand menu
Click PMS
Click Edit in the top right-hand corner
Check/uncheck the Enable Group Sync box
Scroll to the bottom and click Save
