I don't have these Types archived in Booking or Event Types, so why is it saying they already exist?
Answer
If you are part of a Chain, Booking Types and Event Types can exist at the Chain level, or the individual Organization level.
If you are getting an error message stating the Type you are trying to add already exists, the Organization setting for that Type is set to another Organization within your Chain.
In order to add that Booking Type or Event Type in your Organization, you will need someone with Chain Admin access to ensure the Type is set to All Organizations, or add your Organization to the Types rather than just the specific property it was created under.
Booking Type
Go to Settings
Click on Fields
Choose Booking Types
From here you will be able to Add, Edit, archive and Delete Booking Types
Click on Edit and select all of the Organizations you want to have access to this type.
Event Type
Go to Settings
Click on Fields
Choose Event Types
From here you will be able to Add, Edit, archive and Delete Event Types
