Booking Types help categorize your business by grouping similar bookings together. This improves reporting accuracy, saves time when filtering, and helps your team understand the purpose of each booking at a glance.

Best Practices
Keep your list focused to avoid clutter in drop-down menus.
Review your Booking Types quarterly to ensure they match your business mix.
Avoid duplicating similar terms (e.g., “Meeting” vs. “Corporate Meeting”).
If your property handles multiple types of group business, use clear categories for better reporting.
