How Can I Check My Organization's User Limit?

Learn how to view your organization’s user limit in Event Temple, including how many licensed users you’ve used and how many seats remain, for both single organizations and chains.

Where to find your user limit

Your user limit shows how many licensed users your organization can have and how many are currently active.

This information is available in different places depending on your setup.


For Single Organizations

To view your user limit:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Organization → Users

At the top of the page, you will see:

  • Your total user limit

  • Number of active billed users


Notifications

If you reach your user limit, Event Temple will display a notification alerting you.


For Chains (Multi-Organization accounts)

If you are a Chain Admin:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Chain → Settings

  3. Under Organizations, view each organization’s:

    • User limit

    • Active billed users

This allows you to track usage across all organizations in your Chain.


Important notes

  • Each user is only billed to one organization, even if they have access to multiple

  • You can view which organization a user is billed under when editing their profile

  • User limits apply per organization, not per chain overall
