How Do I Add a User to Multiple Organizations?

I can't connect my user to our 2nd location - How do I add a user to the different properties in my chain? - Can I give one of my users access to multiple organizations?

Chain Admins can give new or existing users access to multiple organizations in the Chain.

Add a New User

  1. Click Settings

  2. Select Chain from the organizations in your user dropdown in the top right corner

  3. Click Chain in the left-hand menu

  4. Click Users & Roles

  5. Click + New User

  6. Input the Users details

    1. First Name (required)

    2. Last Name (required)

    3. Email (required - this is used to log in)

    4. Job Title

    5. Phone Number

    6. Mobile Number

  7. Click Next

  8. Optional: check the box for Chain Admin (This will give the user permissions that impact all Organizations within the Chain)

  9. Click + Add Organization & select the Organization & Role

  10. Click Apply

  11. Optional: repeat steps 9 & 10 for additional Organizations.

Add an Existing User to a New Organization

  1. Click Settings

  2. Select Chain from the organizations in your user dropdown in the top right corner

  3. Click Chain in the left-hand menu

  4. Click Users & Roles

  5. Hover over the user & Click Edit

  6. Click + Add Organization

  7. Select the Organization & Role

  8. Click Apply
