Steps to Save a View
Go to the page you want to customize
Example: Contacts, Accounts, or Bookings.
Adjust your view
Add or remove columns using the Columns button (three-line icon).
Apply any filters (such as Created By, Market Segment, or Account Type).
Sort the list the way you want.
Click the “Save View” button
Located at the top of the list (next to the Columns and Export buttons).
Choose an option in the Save View window:
Update Existing – overwrites the current view with your new settings.
Save As New – creates a brand-new saved view with a new name.
Click “Next”
Enter a name if you chose “Save As New.”
Confirm to save your view.
✅ Result
Your customized list (columns, filters, sorting) will now appear under “View:” at the top of the page — allowing you to quickly switch between saved layouts later.
