Step 1: Open Your List
Navigate to the page where you’d like to adjust sorting.
Sorting is available across most areas of the platform, including:
Bookings
Events
Documents
Invoices
Accounts
Reports
Step 2: Locate the Sort Option
At the top of the list view, you’ll see a Sort button or small arrow icons (▲▼) beside column headers.
Step 3: Choose a Sort Field
Click the Sort button or the column header to select which field to sort by — for example:
Name
Created At
Step 4: Adjust the Sort Direction
Click the header again to toggle between:
Ascending (▲) — A to Z, or oldest to newest
Descending (▼) — Z to A, or newest to oldest
Step 5: Save or Pin Your View (Optional)
If you’ve customized your list view and want to keep it:
Click Save View → Save as New.
Name your view and choose whether to make it Private or Shared.
To pin it, drag the six dots beside the view name to the top of your view list.
Example
You might sort your Documents List by Booking Start Date to view the most recent events first, or sort your Invoices by Status to follow up on unpaid ones.
Additional Notes
Each column can be sorted individually.
Sorting preferences do not affect other users unless the view is shared.
You can combine sorting, filtering, and column customization to create tailored views for reporting or daily use.
