How to Hide Menu Item Prices Within Packages
Open your document template
Go to Settings → Document Templates.
Select the document template you want to modify (e.g., Banquet Event Order, Group Resume, etc.).
Locate the “Menu Items” element
In the template editor, click on the Menu Items section (this displays all food, beverage, and rental items).
When selected, you’ll see its configuration options on the right-hand side of the screen.
Find the Packages section
Scroll down to Packages in the configuration panel.
Check the option:
✅ “Hide packaged item pricing”This setting hides the individual menu item prices inside packages but still displays the package name and total package price if you choose to show it.
Optional Related Settings
Show packages: Enable this if you want the package name to appear.
Hide packaged items: Enable this if you want to hide all package contents (not just prices).
Hide package icon: Removes the package icon from the list.
Hide column header row for packages: Simplifies the table layout for packages.
