Packages allow you to pre-build Events & Menu Items together, for use on Bookings.

Packages allow you to pre-build a combination of Events and/or Menu Items, that can then be used on a Booking.

You can add a single Event or multiple Events to a Package. It's even possible to add Menu Items only as a Package if you do not work with Events.

When a Package is added to a Booking, associated Events can start on any chosen day.

Events within Packages can be built with a Space specified. The Space can also be modified on the Event when the Package has been added on the Booking, along with any other Event details.

Menu Items can be associated with a specific Event, or be added on independently. Menu Items added independently will be a "Booking" Menu Item. Menu Items can be based on per person, or a flat amount.

Once a Package has been added to a Booking, the associated Events & Menu Items can be modified on the fly as needed, these changes will not affect your pre-built Package.

Add a New Package

  1. Select Settings tab from left-hand sidebar

  2. Select Organization from the sub-menu

  3. Select Package from the sub-menu

  4. Select + New Package Button at the top of the page

  5. Enter the Name & Description

  6. Select Save to add Events & Menu Items

Additional Information: If you're not ready to add Events & Menu Items, click Save & Close

Add an Event

  1. Select + Add Event Button

  2. Enter the Event Details, such as start time, type & space

  3. Select Save to add Menu Items if you wish to add Menu Items specific to this Event OR Select Save & Close if the Event will not have Menu Items

Note: Only Event Name & Time are mandatory fields. These, along with all other fields can be modified as needed when the Package is added to a Booking.

If adding Menu Items to the Event

  1. Select + Add Item Button

  2. Search & Select the Menu Item

  3. Select the quantity

  4. Select Save.

    Repeat these steps as needed to add more Menu Items to the Event. Please note that there is a drag and drop option to sort the Menu Items in your desired order, this order will be respected when adding the package to a Booking.

Repeat the above steps to add as many Events as needed. When multiple Events are present they will be sorted based on the Event Start Date/Time.

Add independent Menu Items to a Package

  1. Select + Add Item Button

  2. Search & Select the Menu Item

  3. Select the quantity

  4. Select Save.

Repeat the above steps as needed to add more Menu Items to the Package.

Modify a Package

  1. Select Settings tab from left-hand sidebar

  2. Select Organization from the sub-menu

  3. Select Package from the sub-menu

  4. Select the Edit Icon on the Package you want to modify

  5. Make the relevant updates

  6. Select Save & Close

Changes made to the Package will be for any future uses only. Previous Bookings this package was used on will not be affected.

Important Considerations about Packages

This feature is currently in Beta mode. To gain access, please contact Support.


When adding Flat amount Menu Items, it's also possible to select a quantity. Eg
1 x camera
2 x LED lights
