You can create custom Space Closure Reasons in Event Temple to track why spaces are unavailable. Follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Offerings > Spaces.
Click the Closures tab.
Click + New Space Closure Reason.
Enter the Reason (e.g., Holiday).
Select which Organization(s) can access this reason.
Click Create to save.
This allows you to track closures consistently and provide clarity across your team.
