Workflows
To send automated emails in Event Temple you can use the built-in Workflows feature. This feature will allow you to add a Workflow template to a Booking that will automate the creation of tasks and emails needed for that Booking. Workflows will need to be manually added to the Booking in order for the automation to begin.
Email Timers
When creating an email to send to a customer in Event Temple, you have the option of sending it later. This will allow you to write and send emails when you need to but only have them show up in your customers email inbox on a certain day/time.
To do this, click the "Send Later" checkbox at the bottom of the Compose Email window. A date/time picker will appear and allow you to choose a future date/time to actually send the email.
Zapier
Another option for sending emails automatically is to use a Zapier integration. Zapier will allow you to send emails based on certain "triggers" such as a New Booking. This is a 3rd party integration with the ability to automate many aspects of your Event Temple process.
Please note that Workflows do not allow you to send automated Reports or Documents.
