Event Temple doesn't have a survey feature, however, there are a few options:

1. Use third-party platforms such as Zapier to connect to your survey platform & automate sending once certain conditions are met. E.g. When a Booking reaches a specified Pipeline Stage, is created it triggers a selected survey to be sent to the Contact. Find out more information about Zapier here.
2. Add the link to your survey in an Email Template. This would then allow you to use the template in a Workflow.

3. You could create a Document Template to gather the feedback. A limitation is that it could not be used as an Email Template within a Workflow, as the Document would need to be generated from the Booking first.
