We have prebuilt many Zap Templates to get you started & give you ideas for using Zapier.

Here are a few step-by-step guides for you to create your own Zaps:
For example when:
A new Booking is created
A Booking is moved to a specific Pipeline
To whom:
Internally, to single or multiple team members
To the Primary Contact on the Booking
To both guest & internal team members!
For example, emails from third party inquiry forms (The Knot, Wedding Wire, etc)
For example, if your email is not integrated with Event Temple you can use this Zap to automatically create contacts in Event Temple.
For example, create Task "Send Invoice for deposit" once a booking turns "Definite"
For example, automatically change Booking status to "Definite" if the Booking is moved to Sales Stage "Booked!"
For example, if you add a Pipeline Stage "Ready for Survey" every time a Booking is moved to this stage it will automatically trigger a survey to be sent to the contact.
For example, a task created in Event Temple will also create a calendar entry in your Google Calendar
