Step 1: Go to the Booking
From your Event Temple dashboard, select Bookings from the left-hand menu.
Open the specific Booking that contains the events you want to update.
Step 2: Select the Events
Scroll to the Events section within the booking.
Check the boxes next to each event you want to update.
You can select one, multiple, or all listed events.
Step 3: Click Batch Actions
Once the events are selected, click the Batch Actions button at the top of the event list.
Choose Update Events from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Choose the Field to Update
In the Update Events window, open the Field dropdown.
Select Attendees - Expected, Attendees - Guaranteed, or Attendees - Actual, depending on which number you want to change.
Step 5: Enter the New Value
Type the new attendee count in the value field.
Click Apply to update all selected events at once.
Step 6: Confirm the Change
The new attendee number will now display for all updated events under the booking.
