How Can I Clone an Event?

Create a copy of an Event - Copy an existing Event - Add Events to a Multi-Day Booking - Add multiple Events - Can an Event be recurring?

  1. Find the Event you wish to Clone (through Events Tab, or through the Booking)

  2. Click on the downward arrow on the right side of the Event

  3. Select Clone

  4. Associate with appropriate Booking

  5. Select the Check boxes next to items you wish to copy over (Menu Items, Custom Fields)

  6. Select relevant date (or dates!)

  7. Select Clone

Additional Information:

  • The Cloned Event will be a Lead status.

  • Cloning an Event does not perform a conflict check.

    • It's possible to later adjust the status (one by one, or a batch action), where any conflicts are displayed and can be addressed.
