Can I re-instate a Lost Room Block?

  1. Open the Booking:

    • Go to the Bookings or Room Blocks tab.

    • Select the booking that contains the room block you want to update.

  2. Edit the Room Block:

    • Scroll to the Room Block section within the booking.

    • Click the Edit button next to the room block name.

  1. Change the Status:

    • In the Edit Room Block window, locate the Status dropdown field on the right-hand side.

    • Click the dropdown and select the new status (e.g., Tentative, Definite, or Lead).

  1. Save the Change:

    • After selecting the new status, click Save or OK (depending on your version).

    • The room block will update to the selected status.

Important Note:
If the booking itself is marked as Lost, you may first need to update the Booking Status before you can change the Room Block Status. To do this:

  • At the top of the booking page, find the booking status field (usually showing “Lost”).

  • Change it to the appropriate pipeline stage (e.g., Tentative or Definite).

  • Then repeat the above steps to update the room block status.

  • Please note if you have PMS integrations, steps may change.
