Can I Batch-Update Menu Items in an Event?

Batch updating allows you to make changes to multiple Menu Items at once — saving time when updating pricing, taxes, or categories.

To Batch Update Menu Items

  1. Go to Settings → Menu Items.

  2. Use the filters or search bar to find the items you want to update.

  3. Select the checkboxes beside each Menu Item.

    • You can also click the top checkbox to Select All.

  4. Click the Batch Actions button at the top of the table.

  5. Choose from the available options, such as:

    • Update Price

    • Update Revenue Category

    • Update Taxes

    • Archive Selected

    • Unarchive Selected

  6. Apply your changes and click Save.


Tips

  • Use Sub-Menu filters (e.g., Breakfast, Dinner) to narrow down the list before batch updates.

  • Prices can be increased or decreased by a fixed amount or percentage depending on the update type.

  • Batch updates affect all selected items immediately. There’s no undo option, so double-check your selection before applying.


💡 Pro Tip: You can use the Archived: True/False filter to mass-reactivate or remove old menu items.
