For Solo Properties:
Go to Settings → Organization → Users & Roles
Click + New User
Enter user info
Click Edit under Organization
Select Read Only in the Role dropdown
Click OK → Save
The user receives an email to complete setup
For Chain/Ownership Group Accounts:
Follow the same steps above.
Additional Information:
Read-only users count toward your account’s seat limit. Free seats or account upgrades may be needed.
Users can view bookings, BEOs, financial reports, filters, columns, custom lists/reports, and documents but cannot edit them.
Emails and tasks can be viewed/assigned, but only admins or regular users can update tasks.
