How to Add a Read-Only User to Your Event Temple Account

Learn how to add a read-only user in Event Temple. Assign view-only permissions, let team members see bookings, reports, and documents, while controlling edits and ensuring seat limits are managed efficiently.

For Solo Properties:

  1. Go to SettingsOrganization → Users & Roles

  2. Click + New User

  3. Enter user info

  4. Click Edit under Organization

  5. Select Read Only in the Role dropdown

  6. Click OK → Save

  7. The user receives an email to complete setup

For Chain/Ownership Group Accounts:
Follow the same steps above.


Additional Information:

  • Read-only users count toward your account’s seat limit. Free seats or account upgrades may be needed.

  • Users can view bookings, BEOs, financial reports, filters, columns, custom lists/reports, and documents but cannot edit them.

  • Emails and tasks can be viewed/assigned, but only admins or regular users can update tasks.
