Currently, the Workflow feature is not directly integrated with Zapier. However, you can still automate related actions when a Booking turns Definite using available Zapier triggers.
How to Set It Up
Trigger: Use a Zapier trigger such as Booking Definite Date or Pipeline Stage Updated.
Action: Set the Zapier action to create a new Task in Event Temple or send an automated email.
Automation: This setup allows you to mimic Workflow-like behaviour, even though native Workflow actions aren’t yet available in Zapier.
Notes
Workflows themselves cannot currently be triggered directly via Zapier.
Using the trigger-action approach is a practical workaround for automating tasks when a Booking turns Definite.
