How to Add a Workflow in EventTemple

Workflows in EventTemple help you automate routine actions such as task creation and email reminders.

Step 1: Open the Booking

  1. Go to Bookings in the main navigation panel.

  2. Select the booking you want to apply a workflow to.

Step 2: Go to the Workflows Tab

  1. Inside the booking details page, click the Workflows tab from the top menu.

  2. You’ll see a list of any existing workflows attached to the booking.

Step 3: Add a New Workflow

  1. Click New Workflow.

  2. A window titled Assign Workflow will appear.

  3. Click on the Template field to open a list of available workflow templates.

Step 4: Select a Workflow Template and Apply
