Answer:

When we send you a password reset, there's a one-time-use token in the URL we send, and once it expires, that link will no longer function properly.

The tokens expire:
1. If you create a new token by submitting another 'I forgot my password' request
2. If you use the token to reset your password (successfully)
3. After 6 hours from creation

Add notifications@eventtemple.com to the safe sender list (white list) in your email settings. This is a list of all email addresses you would like to receive email from. Once you've done this, perform a password reset.

In addition to the above, Google may sometimes flag the email as potentially dangerous:

If the email is being flagged as potentially dangerous, first confirm that the email is actually from notifications@eventtemple.com, and then click "Looks safe" if it is. You may need to refresh the page in order for links to appear correctly once this is done.

Typos can happen so please ensure that you are double checking that an email is spelled correctly when you are entering it for a password reset.
