Locked out or forgot your password? Here’s how to reset it and get back into your account.
Reset Your Password (From the Login Page)
Go to the Event Temple login page.
Click “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Click “Send me reset password instructions.”
You’ll get an email with a reset link.
Check Your Email
Open the reset email and follow the instructions.
Don’t see it? Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions.
Create a New Password
Log in using the temporary password in the email.
You’ll be prompted to set a new password.
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
At least 12 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 symbol
⚠️ Important Notes:
Support cannot access or reset your password — all resets must be initiated via the login page.
Reset links expire when:
You request a new link
You successfully reset your password
6 hours pass
