Daily Events Report

Overview

The Daily Events Report provides a list of all events grouped by booking for a selected date range. This report is useful for reviewing upcoming or past events and ensuring that all expected, guaranteed, and actual attendees are accounted for.

It’s designed to help your operations, sales, and event teams track day-to-day activities, manage attendance, and monitor event performance across your property.


How to Access

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Daily Events.

  3. Apply filters or adjust date ranges as needed to view the desired data.


Filters

You can use one or multiple filters to narrow down the events shown in the report. The available filters are:

Filter Name

Description

Event Status

Filter by the current status of an event (e.g., Definite, Tentative, or Not Lost).

Event Date

Define a specific date range to view events happening within that period.

Event Type

Choose one or multiple event types,

for example Lunch, Dinner

Booking Status

Filter for specific Booking status, Lead, Tentative, Definite, Lost

Booking

One or multiple Bookings can be selected, Booking ID, Booking Name and the code of your organization will be displayed in the dropdown.

User

One or multiple users in your organization who are the Assignees of the Booking

Account

Events that belong to one or multiple specific Accounts

Account Type

Organizational Setting, for example Corporate, Government, Partner etc.

Space

Filter Events by Space allocation. You can select one or multiple specific spaces, or choose 'Unspecified' to view Events that haven't been assigned to a Space yet.

Updated At

When the Event was last edited.

Created At

When the Event was first created.

Event Specific Custom Fields

If your organization uses Picklist, Checkbox, or Date type custom fields for events, these will automatically appear in the filters dropdown.


Manage Filters: Add, remove, edit them

  1. Click +Add Filter

  2. Search the filter by scrolling in the dropdown or start typing once you clicked into the dropdown

  3. Select the Filter

  4. Choose further specifications by selecting from the available options or start typing

  5. Click Apply

  6. Repeat these steps to add more filters

How to edit filters that are added to your report. Simply click into it or choose to remove by clicking the x

For date filters, you can choose a Relative Date (such as Today, This Week, or Next Month) or a Custom Date. For custom ranges, simply select dates from the calendar dropdown or manually enter the range using the MM/DD/YYYY format.

Export Settings

In addition to filters, you can customize what data is included in the exported report through the Report Settings options:

βœ… Include Expected Attendees

Displays the number of attendees expected for each event.

βœ… Include Set Attendees

Shows the number of attendees that were set or confirmed for the event.

βœ… Include Guaranteed Attendees

Includes the guaranteed attendee count for accurate forecasting.

βœ… Include Actual Attendees

Displays actual attendee numbers post-event for comparison.

βœ… Extend Date Range

Allows the report to include data from adjacent date ranges (useful for multi-day events).

Saving a Custom View

Once you’ve applied filters and export settings you can save this view as a custom view, especially handy if you would like to use this report regularly.

  1. Click Save View at the top right.

  2. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., Definite Events Next week).

  3. Choose the accessibility of your report (Private / Organization / Chain - depending on your Role you may not have these options)

  4. Click Save.

  5. Your saved view will now appear under the Saved Reports tab in Reports Page

How to Export the Report

Once your filters and settings are applied:

  1. Click Export As... in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose your preferred file format (e.g., HTML or PDF).

  3. The exported file will reflect your selected filters and attendee data settings.

  • Event Status: Not Lost

  • Event Date: November 9 – November 23, 2025

  • Expected, Set, Guaranteed, and Actual Attendees

  • Extended Date Range

This configuration will produce a comprehensive daily overview of all active bookings and events during the selected date range.

  • Review upcoming events for a specific week.

  • Track attendance projections versus actuals.

  • Support operations and catering teams with daily event summaries.

  • Provide management with a clear view of confirmed and tentative business.
