How do I log a deposit by cash/cheque/etc..

Procedure:

You can post a manual deposit payment from a Client on the Booking, Event or Invoice, depending on your organization's preference.

Adding a Deposit From a Booking

  1. Access the Booking

  2. Select the Payments subtab

  3. Click New Payment button

  4. Enter the appropriate fields

  5. Check This Payment is a Deposit

  6. Attach the deposit to an Invoice or Event, if desired

  7. Click Save

  1. Access the Invoice

  2. Scroll down to the Payments section

  3. Click Add Payment button

  4. Enter the appropriate fields

  5. Check This Payment is a Deposit

  6. Attach the deposit to an Event, if desired

  7. Click Save
