Stripe payments are automatically applied to Invoices and Bookings but are not automatically applied to Events. You can however manually link Stripe Payments to the appropriate Events.
Open the Booking with the Payment
Click on the Payment subtab
Click the edit icon on the right-hand side of the Payment
Choose the appropriate Event from the dropdown
Click Save
