You can add multiple Contacts to a Booking in Event Temple. A Booking can have up to 35 Contacts, but only the Primary Contact details appear on Documents, Invoices, and Reports.
Steps to Add a Secondary Contact:
Open the Booking you want to update.
Scroll down to the Contacts section on the left-hand side of the Booking Summary page.
Click Add New Contact or Link an Existing Contact.
Follow the prompts to add or create the Contact.
To select which Contact is used in Documents, click Set Primary next to the desired name.
Additional Information:
To show a secondary Contact’s name in Documents, you can add a Booking Custom Field with the Field Type Contact.
