See a history of changes to Bookings, Contacts, and Accounts in Event Temple. Tracks updates, additions, and deletions made within ET; changes from your PMS are not reflected.

πŸ‘‹ Heads up! The Change Log is only available in Event Temple's New Look.

The Change Log shows a full, detailed history of all changes made to your Bookings, Contacts, and Accounts. It helps track updates, additions, deletions, and notes for accurate record-keeping.

Where to Find It

Every Booking, Contact, and Account has its own Change Log. Access it via the Change Logs tab on the respective Summary pages.

Who Can Access It

All users can access the Change Log for any Booking, Contact, or Account they can view.

What Is Tracked

Each entry shows:

  • Who made the change

  • When the change occurred

  • What was updated, created, or deleted

Note for PMS Integrations: Only actions taken within Event Temple are tracked. Changes made directly in your PMS are not reflected.


Bookings

In Event Temple there is a large amount of data that lives "within" a booking.

FAQs

  • How long are changes stored? Indefinitely, as long as your ET account is active.

  • Timezones: Timestamps match your Organization's configured timezone.

  • Export: Currently not available; feedback welcome.

  • Full history missing? Changes tracked starting May 2025.

  • PMS changes tracked? No, only actions in ET are recorded.
