View Email associated with a Booking in a Booking
1. Open the Booking
From the Bookings tab in the sidebar, search for and select the specific booking you want to review.
Once opened, you’ll see the booking number (for example, BK-00095) and details like the event name, dates, and deal value at the top.
2. Navigate to the “Emails” Tab
In the booking navigation bar (just below the booking details), click on the Emails tab.
This tab lists all email communication linked to this booking — including messages you’ve sent, received, or drafted.
3. View Sent and Received Emails
Scroll through the list to see each email thread.
Every entry includes:
Sender and recipient names
Subject line (e.g., Proposal from Rocky Mountains Hotel and Conference Centre)
Date and time sent
Associated booking details
By following these steps, you can easily locate and manage all emails connected to any booking—keeping communication organized and accessible in one place.
View Email associated with a Booking in a Mail Tab
1. Go to the Mail Page
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Mail.
This opens your EventTemple inbox, where you can see all email categories such as Inbox, Sent, Scheduled, Draft, and Outbox.
2. Review the Email List
The main section displays a table of all your emails.
Each row includes:
Contact Name (the recipient or sender)
Email Subject
Associated Booking (if linked)
Date Sent or Received
3. Identify Booking-Linked Emails
Look at the Booking column to see which emails are connected to specific bookings.
Each linked booking appears as a clickable code — for example, BK-00072 Proscan Booking or BK-00062 Keith Hockin Booking.
4. Open the Booking-Related Email
Click on the Booking link (e.g., BK-00062 Keith Hockin Booking) to open that booking directly.
This takes you to the booking’s email tab, where you can view the entire thread, attachments, and related documents.
5. Filter or Search for Specific Emails
Use the Search bar at the top to find emails by contact name, subject, or booking number.
You can also click Add Filter to narrow results by status (Inbox, Sent, Draft, etc.) or contact.
6. Compose a New Email (Optional)
To send a new message, click New Email at the top right.
This opens a compose window where you can select the booking, recipient, and template before sending.
7. Check for Missing Emails
If you see a message at the bottom saying “No email provider added”, you’ll need to connect your email account first.
Click Add Email Provider and follow the steps provided in the Learn more link to enable syncing.
By following these steps, you can easily locate, view, and manage all booking-related emails directly from the Mail page — keeping every conversation organized and accessible in one place.
