How to Locate and Send a Draft Email in Event Temple

Sending a previously saved draft is quick and simple in Event Temple. Follow the steps below to locate, review, and send your draft message directly from the Mail page.

Step 1: Open the Mail Section

From the main navigation menu, click Mail.
This opens your email dashboard, where you can view all messages organized into tabs such as Inbox, Sent, Scheduled, Draft, and Outbox.

Step 2: Go to the Draft Tab

At the top of the Mail page, click the Draft tab.
This tab displays all emails that have been started but not yet sent. You’ll see key details like:

  • Contact name

  • Subject line

  • Associated booking (if applicable)

  • Date the draft was last saved

Step 3: Locate Your Draft

Scroll through the list or use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific draft by:

  • Contact name

  • Subject line

  • Booking number (e.g., BK-00110)

Once you find the desired draft, click the subject line to open it.

Step 4: Review and Edit the Email

When the draft opens:

  • Check the From address to ensure the correct sender email is selected.

  • Verify the To recipient(s) and add CC or BCC if needed.

  • Review the Subject line for accuracy.

  • Edit the email body if any details have changed — for example, event dates, pricing, or contact names.
You can also attach files, link documents, or insert invoices if necessary.

Step 5: Finalize the Email

Before sending, review your message carefully:

  • Ensure all contact details are correct.

  • Double-check grammar, formatting, and tone.

  • Confirm any attached documents or links are current and relevant.

If your email provider hasn’t been connected yet, you’ll see a message like “No email provider added.”
Click Add Email Provider to connect your email under Settings > Personal Settings.

Step 6: Send or Save

Once ready, you have two options:

  • Send: Click Send to immediately deliver the email to your contact.

  • Save Draft: Click Save Draft if you’d like to continue editing it later.

Step 7: Verify the Sent Email

After sending, move to the Sent tab to confirm the message was successfully delivered.
You’ll see details such as:

  • Recipient’s name and email

  • Subject line

  • Booking association

  • Date and time sent

By following these steps, you can easily locate, review, and send draft emails in Event Temple — ensuring your communication stays organized, accurate, and professional.
