Step 1: Open the Mail Page
From the main navigation panel, select Mail.
You’ll see tabs like Inbox, Sent, Scheduled, Draft, and Outbox.
Step 2: Click “New Email”
Select the New Email button at the top of the screen.
This opens the Compose Email window.
Step 3: Fill in Email Details
In the From field, confirm your sender email address.
In the To field, type or select the recipient’s email.
Use CC or BCC if needed.
Enter your Subject line.
Step 4: Compose Your Message
Write your email in the text editor provided.
Use the formatting toolbar to bold, italicize, or underline text.
You can also insert links, images, tables, or attachments as needed.
Your email signature (with name, title, and contact info) appears automatically.
Step 5: Add Attachments
Below the message box, click to upload files or add Document Links, File Links, or Invoice Links.
You can also link the email to a specific Booking by entering it in the Booking field.
Step 6: Review Your Email
Double-check the recipient, subject, and attachments.
Make sure your message looks correct in the preview area.
Step 7: Send the Email
Click Send to deliver your message immediately.
Alternatively, click Save Draft if you want to finish it later.
If you’re not ready to send, choose Discard to delete the draft.
Note:
If you haven’t connected your email account yet, go to Settings → Personal Settings → Add Email Provider before sending.
