How can I get rid of old Custom Fields?
Hide Custom Field
Procedure:
Click Settings
Click Fields
Click Custom Fields
Select the appropriate Custom Field area (eg Contact / Booking)
Hover Over the Custom Field Click the Archive button next to it
Click Archive to confirm
Additional Information
After archiving a Custom Field, the field will not show under your Custom Field list. If the Custom Field has been used previously, you will still be able to see the information for it.
Custom Fields can only be archived by a user with an admin user role. If your Organization is part of a Chain, only Chain Admins can archive Custom Fields.
If you are part of a chain, archiving a Custom Field will archive it for all Organizations within your chain.
A Custom Field can be un-archived at any time.
