Yes — you can control whether specific custom fields are visible in Event Temple by adjusting their visibility settings. This allows you to keep your forms and records clean, showing only the information that’s relevant to your workflow.
🔹 How to Hide a Custom Field:
Navigate to Settings → Custom Fields.
Locate the field you want to manage.
Click the Edit button (pencil icon).
In the edit panel, find the checkbox labeled "Visible in Add View".
Uncheck this box if you do not want the field to appear when users create or edit a record.
Click Apply to save your changes.
🔹 What Happens When You Hide a Field:
The field will no longer appear in the “Add” or “Edit” views for that object type (Contact, Account, Booking, Event, etc.).
The field still exists in your system and can be used for reporting or internal tracking.
You can re-enable visibility at any time by editing the field and checking the Visible in Add View box again.
This feature is useful for keeping your interface simple, especially if you have fields that are used only for integrations, data imports, or internal notes.
