There are certain Custom Fields I only use on Intake Forms, can I hide them when they have no information in them?
Answer:
For Custom Fields within Bookings, you are able to hide them from the Bookings Details Tab unless it has information in the field submitted via an Intake Form. This can be very useful for reducing the amount of Custom Fields shown within the Booking Details Tab and hiding those only used on Intake Forms.
Go to Settings
Click Fields and then Custom Fields
Choose the Booking Custom Field subset
For those you would like to hide from the bookings Detail Tab click the edit pencil icon
Uncheck the box for Detail View
Click Apply
Repeat for all those you would like to hide
Those fields will now be removed from the Booking Details Tab unless answers are submitted on an Intake Form
This is only possible for Booking Custom Fields.
Important! You will not be able to add information into this field unless you revert the setting. However, you can edit already entered information.
