To Delete an Unused Revenue Category:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Choose Fields

  3. Click on Revenue Categories

  4. Locate the Revenue Category & Click the Delete icon

  5. Click Delete to confirm

Important! As a general rule, we highly discourage deleting anything from Event Temple as it cannot be retrieved. Our recommendation is to archive anything no longer in use, that way it cannot be reported on and retrieved later should it need to be.

To Archive a Used Revenue Category

  1. Click Settings

  2. Choose Fields

  3. Click on Revenue Categories

  4. Locate the Revenue Category & Click the Archive icon

  5. Click Archive to confirm

Remove a Revenue Category from an Organization/s

If you have multiple organizations connected to Event Temple, it's possible to manage your revenue categories

  1. Click Multi-Organization in the top dropdown

  2. Click Settings

  3. Choose Fields

  4. Click on Revenue Categories

  5. Hover over the Revenue Category & Click the Edit icon

  6. Select My Organizations & choose which specific Organizations to use instead of All Organizations

  7. Click Save

Additional Information

Only admin users can add new Revenue Categories. If you are part of a multi-organization Chain, then only a Chain admin has this permission.
