Custom Field Sets allow you to Group your various Custom Fields into separate headings. This is especially helpful if you have a large number of Custom Fields.

Once you add Custom Fields to a set, they will be shown under the relevant set in the Booking Summary.

Add & Manage Custom Field Sets

  1. Go to Settings in the left-hand sidebar

  2. Click on Fields

  3. Click on Custom Fields

  4. Click on the Event Temple area the Custom Fields belongs to (eg Booking)

  5. Click New Custom Field

  6. Click on the bottom picklist that says Custom Field Sets

  7. From here you can Add New Custom Field Sets

    1. Add in Custom Field Set Name and click Create

  8. Or Edit (Pencil Icon) and Delete (Trash Icon) existing one

Additional Information

The order of the Custom Fields follows the below logic:

  • Custom Fields where Custom Field Set is not provided are displayed and grouped as 'Other'

  • Sorted from top to bottom

  • Use drag & drop to rearrange the order, use the 6 dots at the begging of each line

  • The Custom Field Set will determine where the Custom Field will be located
