Improved Organizational Dashboard, previously Chain Dashboard

Dashboard Page is where users can get a solid glance at the overall status of the organizations operations, from new leads to outstanding proposals to recently closed invoices, outstanding tasks and more.

Accessing the Dashboard

From the left-side navigation menu, the first page you will see is the Dashboard. All users in the organization have access to this page.

This tab is designed to show you everything you need to see right away when starting your workday if you work in Operations.

Bookings in the Past 7 Days - Status Cards

The first section displays the number of bookings created or updated during the past 7 days (including today).

  • Leads: Shows the total number of bookings that were created in the past 7 days.

  • Tentatives, Definites, Lost: Shows the number of bookings currently in these respective statuses. These cards are dynamic; for example, if a booking's status changes from Tentative to Definite today, it will instantly move from the Tentative count to the Definite count.

Proposals Section

  • Expiring This Week: Displays the number of proposals expiring this week. Clicking this tile directs you to the Proposals page with pre-applied filters, including the 'Expire at' date for the current week and statuses set to both 'Sent' and 'Expired.'

  • Awaiting Response: Displays the number of proposals currently in 'Sent' status. Clicking this tile directs you to the Proposals page with the status filter automatically set to 'Sent.'

  • Recently Received: Displays the number of proposals that were recently signed. Clicking this tile directs you to the Proposals page with pre-applied filters, including the 'Signed at' date for the current week and the status set to 'Accepted.'

Clicking on either of these will take you to the Invoices page, filters already applied.


Invoices Section

  • Overdue: Displays the number of invoices that are past their due date.

  • Due This Week: Displays the number of invoices that have a due date within the current week.

  • Recently Received: Displays the number of invoices where the most recent payment was successfully made during the past week.

Clicking on either of these will take you to the Invoices page, filters already applied.

Documents Section

  • Overdue: Displays the number of documents that are past their due date.

  • Due This Week: Displays the number of documents with a due date set within the current week.

  • Recently Received: Displays the number of documents that reached 'Completed' status within the past 7 days.

Clicking on either of these will take you to the Invoices page, filters already applied.

Upcoming Bookings Section

This tile displays a list of all bookings scheduled to take place over the month ahead, where the booking start or end date falls within the upcoming month.

For each booking, you will see:

  • Booking Start Date: The scheduled start date (if provided).

  • Booking Name & Account: The title of the booking and the associated client or account name.

  • Event Count: Hovering over the calendar icon will display the number of events associated with that specific booking.

  • Room nights count: If the Booking has a Room Block, hovering over the room block icon will display the number of Room nights (Blocked)

  • Booking Status: The current status of the booking.

  • Total Revenue: The total revenue associated with the booking (including events, guestrooms), calculated before taxes and fees in the organizational currency.

  • Navigation:

    • To view the entire list of recent bookings, click "View All."

    • To view a particular booking, click directly on its row to be redirected to that specific Booking Summary page.

New Bookings Section

This section displays a list of up to 5 of the newest bookings created within the past 7 days (including today), listed in chronological order.

Each row displays the following key details:

  • Date Created: When the booking was made.

  • Booking Name: The name of the booking.

  • Event Count: Hovering over the calendar icon will display the number of events associated with that specific booking.

  • Room nights count: If the Booking has a Room Block, hovering over the room block icon will display the number of Room nights (Blocked)

  • Account: The associated account name.

  • Lead Source: How the booking was captured (e.g., Manual, Inquiry Form, Email Forwarding, or Booking Engine).

  • Navigation:

    • To view the entire list of recent bookings, click "View All."

    • To view a particular booking, click directly on its row to be redirected to that specific Booking Summary page.

My Tasks Section

This section displays any tasks assigned to you that are currently uncompleted and past their due date. At a glance, you can see the task description, the name of its associated booking, and its due date. Up to 5 records will be displayed in chronological order, with the longest-overdue task at the top. To see the full list, click "View All."
