Send an Email from the Contacts Page

Sending an invoice directly from a contact’s profile in Event Temple is quick and efficient. Follow these steps to complete the process seamlessly:

Step 1: Locate the Contact

  • Navigate to the Contacts tab in the main sidebar and use the search bar to find the person you want to send the invoice to.

  • Click on their name to open their contact profile.

Step 2: Review Contact Details

  • Once inside the contact record, review key information such as name, job title, phone number, and email address.

  • Confirm that the listed email is correct—this ensures the invoice will be sent to the right recipient.

Step 3: Access the Email Section

  • From the contact’s profile, click the Emails tab.

  • This section displays all email communication history, including proposals, BEOs, and previous messages.

Step 4: Click “New Email”

  • Select the New Email button.

  • This opens a new email composition window where you can create your message and attach the invoice.

Step 5: Enter Recipient Details

  • In the “To” field, ensure the correct contact email appears automatically.

  • If not, type or select it manually from the dropdown.

Step 6: Choose a Template (Optional)

If your organization uses standard invoice email templates, you can select one from the Template dropdown. This saves time and keeps communication consistent.

Step 7: Add Your Message

Enter your subject line and write a short, professional message.

Step 8: Review and Send

Double-check the email content and ensure all attachments are correct. When ready, click Send. Your invoice will be emailed directly to the contact, and a copy will appear under the contact’s Emails tab for tracking.


This streamlined process ensures your invoices reach the right clients promptly while keeping all related communication neatly organized within Event Temple.
