Update Blocked, Pickup, or Contracted Rooms

  1. Go to the Room Block section

    • Scroll down to the Room Block section.

    • Click Edit to open the detailed room block view.

  2. Locate the Rooms column

    • You’ll see a table listing Room Type, Rate, Contracted, Blocked, and Pickup.

    • The Pickup column shows how many rooms have been picked up (reserved).

  3. Manually adjust Pickup numbers

    • Click inside the Pickup field for each room type/date.

    • Enter the updated number of rooms picked up.

  4. Save your changes

    • After entering the new numbers, click Save (usually at the bottom or top-right corner).

  5. (Optional) Refresh Summary

    • Click Refresh in the Summary section to update totals for Room Nights, ADR, and Room Revenue based on your new pickup values.


Tip:
If you need to update pickups for multiple dates or room types, you can do so in one edit session — just modify all the fields before saving.

Important Consideration:
If your property is PMS-integrated, changes to blocked or pickup rooms may automatically sync depending on your PMS configuration. Always refer to your specific integration guide.
