Overview
Smart Proposal reduces the time between receiving a lead and sending pricing to your client. It uses data from your lead booking to automatically generate a modern, professional-looking proposal—ready to send in minutes.
Setup Instructions
Go to Settings → Templates & Files → Proposal Templates
Click Event Temple Standard Proposal Templates
Choose:
Conference Proposal – includes guestrooms
Proposal – without guestrooms
Click the eye icon, then select Clone and rename your copy
The template now appears under Organization Proposal Templates
Make any desired updates (e.g., photography, text, or branding)
Using Smart Proposals
Open the Booking you want to create a proposal for
Review and update event and guest room details as needed
On the left panel, find the Proposal box and click +
Review the generated proposal for accuracy
When ready, click Share to email it directly to your client
