How It Works
Each organization gets 1 unique forwarding address
Forward an email to automatically create a lead booking
View the source email to confirm AI parsing and see the original request
Filter bookings (Pipeline/List) to see forwarded leads specifically
Setup Instructions
Go to Settings → Tools → Email Forwarding
Copy the Forwarding Email Address
In your email, open the email you want to create a Booking from
Click Forward and paste the copied forwarding address in the address line
Hit Send
Result:
Event Temple receives the email and creates a new booking with Lead status in the org’s default pipeline, assigned to the org owner
If no contact exists for the original sender, a new contact is created; otherwise, the existing contact is used
No Event Temple account is created
Booking Fields Set
Fields are only set if mentioned; contact fields are only set if a new contact is created
If AI cannot determine the contact’s name, it defaults to:
First Name: Unknown
Last Name: Contact
Email: set from the original email
Viewing the Original Email
The original email appears in the left-side panel → Additional Info → Inbound Email
Click the eye icon to view it
Finding Forwarded Bookings
Use the Booking Origin filter in the Booking List or Pipeline
All bookings created via AI Email Forwarding have Inbound Email as the booking origin
Click the eye icon to open the original email
