Who is the Receipt Sent to for a Stripe Payment on an Invoice?

When a client pays an Invoice using Stripe, the receipt will be sent to the Account or Contact that the Invoice is Billed To.

If the Invoice is Billed To an Account, the receipt will be sent to the email address of the Primary Contact of the Account.

If the Invoice is Billed To a specific Contact, the receipt will be sent to their email address.
