Streamline Guest Communication with Customized Proposals

With our Proposal feature, you can easily create customized, visually appealing Proposals directly within a Booking and send them to clients in just a few clicks.

This feature lets you streamline the entire quoting process, allowing admins to create multiple templates tailored for different booking types. This flexibility ensures that you can provide a professional, targeted proposal for each client type, showcasing your spaces, packages, and pricing options in the most effective way possible. Designed to save time and enhance the client experience, it helps you respond faster and close more bookings.

Once the guest approves the proposal, you can auto-fill the proposal details seamlessly back into the Booking! πŸŽ‰


Add a Proposal

Proposals are intended for new inquiries. If you already have a Booking populated with Events, Menu Items or Packages, those items will not fill into the proposal, these will need to be deleted in order to utilize the Proposal backfill feature.

From within the Booking Summary:

  1. Click the Proposals sub-tab

  2. Click + New Proposal

  3. Select a Proposal Template

  4. Click Next

  5. Update the Proposal Details as needed

  6. Click Next

  7. Edit the Quote Items as needed

  8. Click Done


Edit an Existing Proposal

From within the Booking Summary:

  1. Click the Proposals sub-tab

  2. Click on the title of the Proposal

To edit the Proposal Content or Quote elements, hover over the element you would like to update to make the required changes

To edit the Title or Due Date, click Actions -> Edit


Preview a Proposal

From within the Booking Summary:

  1. Click the Proposals sub-tab

  2. Click on the title of the Proposal

  3. Click Actions -> Preview


Share a Proposal

Share via Email From the Proposal

  1. Click Share

  2. Choose Email

  3. Type the Subject & enter the body of your email

  4. Click Send

The proposal will now be marked as sent

Share via a Link

This option is helpful if utilizing Event Temple email templates or if you would like to share the link via another platform, such as text message or an online chat.

  1. Click Share

  2. Choose Share via link

  3. Click Confirm (this will mark the proposal as sent)

  4. Copy the link & paste it to share with your guest

πŸ€” Did your guest change their request? No problems! Once a proposal is sent, it can still be edited & re-shared.


Accepted Proposal

Congratulations! The guest is happy with your offer πŸŽ‰ Once a guest accepts your Proposal, you'll receive an automated email that includes a link to the Proposal they accepted.

Once a proposal is accepted, it can no longer be edited.


Backfill A Proposal

Once the guest has accepted the proposal, it's possible to auto-fill the details back into the Booking.

Please note, syncing is one way from the Proposal to the Booking. This means a Proposal cannot be back-filled if Menu Items, Packages or Events already exist on the Booking.

From within the Proposal

  1. Click Actions -> Backfill


Delete a Proposal

Be sure before deleting! Deleting is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All records of the proposal will be removed from the system and cannot be recovered.

From the Booking Summary Page:

  1. Click the Proposals Sub-tab

  2. Click the Action icon

  3. Click Delete

  4. Confirm the Deletion

From within the Proposal:

  1. Click the Action icon

  2. Click Delete

  3. Confirm the Deletion


Track Proposals

From the Sidebar, click Proposals to view all proposals. Utilize filters to narrow down the results!
