Once you have created a proposal, you can easily share it via email directly from Event Temple. Follow these steps:
Go to the proposal within Event Temple.
Open the dropdown menu associated with the proposal.
Select Share. This will open Event Temple's email composer.
Compose your email and send the proposal directly from the platform.

Customizing Proposal Links in Email Templates
You can include a proposal link inside an Event Temple email template for a more personalized email experience. Here’s how:
Navigate to the email template editor in Event Temple.
Use the Document dropdown in the editor to insert the proposal link placeholder.
You will have two options for displaying the link: - URL: This displays the full link. - HTML URL: This allows you to insert a hyperlinked text instead of the full link.
For a cleaner and more professional look, we recommend using the HTML URL option to create hyperlinked text for your proposal.
