Answer:

For Menu Items:

  1. In the Booking Summary, click the Menu Items tab

  2. In the row with your Package item, hover over None until it highlights yellow

  3. Click within the highlighted text

  4. Check the box to enable a serving time

  5. Select the time/date

  6. Click Apply

For Events:

  1. In the Details tab of the Booking Summary, navigate to Events

  2. Click on the Event ID to edit the Event

  3. Hover over the date until highlighted yellow then click to edit

  4. Select a time/date

  5. Click Apply
