Prepayment Invoices must be paid in full before they can sync to Mews. Once a finalized Prepayment Invoice shows an Amount Due of $0, it will automatically sync with Mews—there’s no need to manually trigger it.
Troubleshooting Tip:
If the invoice still isn’t syncing, double-check that the payment was properly applied.
For loyalty members, make sure you’ve selected the correct starred profile in the Reservations tab search. This ensures charges don’t get duplicated due to multiple profiles.
