Where You'll See the Star β˜…

  • Only in: Reservations tab > Mews customer search

  • Not visible in: Classic view, other tabs, or outside search results

Troubleshooting

  • No star visible? β†’ Confirm the guest is enrolled in the loyalty program in Mews
