Answer:
If the formatting is incorrect on a Document Template it can occasionally cause issues like the one below; where the text appears to spill over the margins of the Document.
Fixing the formatting will resolve this issue. The easiest way to fix the formatting is to copy & paste the text (without any formatting) into a new Text Box by following these steps:
Go to Settings
Click on Documents & Files
Choose Your Document Templates
Click Edit on the Template that is having the formatting issue
Locate the Document Element where the format needs fixing and insert a Text Box Element directly underneath it.
Double-click on the Element with the incorrect formatting and Highlight and Copy the text.
Exit the Element by clicking Cancel
Double-click on the new Text Box Element
Paste without formatting into the Text Box Element, replacing the placeholder text (Shift+Command+V on a Mac and Ctrl+Shift+V on Windows)
Make any further adjustments you would like regarding text style and size, etc
Click Apply
Hover over the original Text Box Element that contains the text with incorrect formatting
Click the Delete icon
Click the purple Save button
