The Event Diary is a snapshot of which Events are being held in which Spaces at your property. For all of the Events that do not have a designated Space, they will show at the top of the Event Diary Calendar, under the heading 'Unspecified.'
In Event Temple's New Look, you can edit the Event and add a Space from the Event Diary page by following these steps:
In Event Temples New Look
From the Event Diary page, double-click on the Event you would like to add a Space to
Click the Edit Pencil Icon
Select a Space from the dropdown list.
Click Apply
In Classic Event Temple
Double-click on the Event you would like to edit
Under the Booking info click the hyperlink to take you to the Booking Details page (opens in a separate tab)
Open up the Event you wish to add the Space too
Add in a Space, then scroll down and click Save and Close
Navigate to the Event Diary tab and refresh the page to see the changes reflected
