Go to Settings → Lost Reasons.
Locate the Lost Reason you want to edit in the list.
Click the Edit button (the pencil icon) next to that Lost Reason.
Update the name or details as needed.
Click Save or Update to apply your changes.
✅ Note: Only users with admin or appropriate permissions can edit Lost Reasons.
